Dídean operates with dignity, transparency and accountability — to the residents in our care, the communities in which we operate, and the State agencies that refer to us. Our service is delivered with the integrity and professional standards expected of a specialist social care provider
Our team bring a wealth of experience in supporting individuals (Children and Adults) with a range of complex needs. We support for people in their path towards onward housing and independence.
Founding principals
Dídean was established by social care professionals to provide a community-based, trauma-informed care service for those in the international protection system who require more than standard accommodation. The model was built around the recommendations of the McMahon Report on the Protection Process and the policy direction toward dispersed, integration-led provision
